Introduction on the role:
The Senior Manager Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and coordinating Croc's retail media capabilities, and reports to the head of the digital business for India. You will help to ensure Crocs drives incremental and transparent sales growth with its media channels (affiliate, search, shopping and paid social).
You are your team will collaborate with the commercial digital, global and regional digital, brand marketing and merchandising team to drive localized consumer moments, regional collaborations, new product introductions and promotional stories.

- Define go-to market strategies for Croc's retail media investments by liaising with senior stakeholders, to determine key strategic priorities.
- Ecommerce acceleration, plan, execute campaigns to capitalize on the growth opportunities. (from acquisition to brand awareness)
- Oversee the look and feel of all joint campaigns for the Crocs ensuring alignment to campaign toolkits
- Work with the wider Performance team in EMEA to support the introduction and development of ecommerce capabilities and services. This includes providing strategic direction, sharing of knowledge, tools and best practice across the group.
- Lead team to deliver the evaluation process for each campaign to generate insight that shapes future activity and ROI efficiencies
- Partner with the Go-to-Market team on all calendar and customer led initiatives to create compelling activity propositions for customer group and their shoppers
- Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge on commerce and onsite media opportunities
- Champion the strategy & activation vision, working with the account team to ensure campaign delivery is in-line our requirements
- Manage all marketing agency relationships that support the Indian digital business cross-channel
- eTail/Marketplace Marketing: In addition to performance marketing management for the Owned.Com business for India, your team will oversee and optimize retail media spending across various platforms, including Amazon, Myntra, and other key retail channels. You will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility, traffic, and sales through strategic media campaigns and effective management of agency partnerships.

- 8+ Years relevant experience in digital performance marketing
- Candidates ideally have strong direct to consumer experience
- 3+ Years of team managing experience
- Excellent commercial point of view
- Very organized
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, with quick turn-around times
- Ability to effectively interact with all types and levels of individuals, both internally and externally
