Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform brand, and communications strategy for the Company, both at the corporate business vertical levels.
Formulate marketing communication plans in line with the business strategy in close coordination with senior management business teams.
Design and coordinate advertising campaigns and key brand initiatives to build saliency and awareness across offline and online media.
Effectively manage all brand communication touchpoints for external and internal purposes including marketing collaterals, corporate presentations, website, social media, blogs, etc.
Build brand thought leadership with a strategic communication roadmap and develop signature properties for the brand in collaboration with Research, PR, and Business Marketing teams.
Create brand guidelines adherence framework for consistent brand look n feels across business lines.
Good understanding of Media planning execution across ATL BTL media.
Set up, update, and monitor the marketing communications calendar and event plans.
Build brand preference and equity amongst key target audiences including employee and external stakeholders.
Manage brand marketing spending and closely work with vendors and agencies for optimal brand ROIs.
Support stakeholder communications:
Drive the creative team comprising designers and copywriters to develop and implement best-in-class stakeholder communications (real estate developers, brokers, property buyers, media, industry chambers, etc.) mailers, reports, social media posts, etc.
Prerequisites:
MBA in Marketing with 4-8 years of experience on the brand or agency side.
A thorough understanding of the dynamics of communications, media, and digital marketing.
Exposure in the B2C industry or Real Estate services company would be preferred.
