Supervise and coordinate the CTS staff in India and collaborate with colleagues in CTS management to assist in achieving function specific business results.
Monitor operations to ensure adherence to service level standards and procedures to deliver best in class support, services, and deliver innovative solutions.
Be the lead person for staff management issues and work closely with the leaders in the US.
Assists in creating, applying, and revising policies and procedures that are specific to India for the company/department.
Assist with local and global compliance initiatives such as audits.
Evaluate existing practices, find areas for enhancement, and implement actions to achieve enhancement.
Guide and coach early career employees, to enhance their professional skills, achieve departmental goals, and keep employee engagement high.
Manage team resources by planning and prioritizing, and distribute projects, tasks, and goals.
Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, culture, and values.
Lead vendor relationship management with India based and other global vendors, as needed.
Build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships primarily in India and EMEA.
Qualifications
10+ years of related technology support and services experience.
5+ years in a relevant management experience, preferable over shared services teams.
Bachelors degree in technology, engineering, or information systems is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to be resourceful and provide creative solutions to real-time challenges.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently, and collaboratively, ensuring alignment with the broader leadership team.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with the executive team, CTS leadership team and management team, and company employees when needed.
A strong people leader with proven ability to build high performance teams, and a mentor-coach mindset.
Strong team player who puts company and team first.
Proficient in the M365 office suite and Microsoft ecosystem.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-growth organization .

Preferred
Background running best-in-class SaaS business systems, technical programs, and leading highly specialized technical teams a plus.
Familiarity with SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and similar programs a plus.
