Responsibilities
- Spearheaded crop health monitoring activities and collaborated with government officers for effective risk management.
- Managed CCE monitoring with outsourced manpower teams and conducted training sessions with revenue and agriculture departments.
- Developed strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensured business growth opportunities aligned with the company's strategic plans.
- Provided in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors, and clients to improve strategic planning and decision-making.
- Led the tender or direct negotiation process, delivered presentations as part of shortlisting, and drove excellence and efficiency in the tendering process.
- Reviewed how current regulations were incorporated into policies and how business processes were incorporated into procedures.
- Administered day-to-day operational risk management activities such as risk and controls assessments, incident capture and analysis, and scenario analysis and planning.
- Managed deadlines and stakeholder expectations, and led/participated in projects within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Supported Fund Accounting, Management, and Operations in ensuring adherence to best practices and maintenance of an optimal control environment.
Experience Requires
Minimum 10 years experience in claims management in government/state/central crop insurance schemes
