Sr. Manager Business Development Specialty Coating Emulsion
Work Location:
Chennai office
Position Summary:
Perform Sales / Marketing / Business Development of Industrial Raw Materials /Bulk / Commodity Chemicals in South India.
Key Responsibilities:
- To efficiently lead, develop and manage current & new businesses for South Region (Paint, Construction Chemicals, Specialty etc).
- Capitalize on growth opportunities through current and new product streams.
- Achieve revenue generation & profitability targets by raising market share over the specified time horizon.
- Undertake responsible credit management, set appropriate credit terms and ensure timely collections (payments, receivables).
- Build strong business relationships with customers.
- Effectively resolve customer Issues and queries.
- Continuously capture market intelligence & monitor the new customer trends/activities.
- Generate MIS for sales & collections on a regular basis.
Preferred Experience & Qualification:
- B Sc. / B. Tech / Postgraduate in Engineering preferably Chemical.
- Master's Degree / Diploma in Business Management.
- 8 - 12 years Sales / Marketing / Business Development experience handling Industrial Raw Materials /Bulk / Commodity Chemicals. Exposure to selling raw materials to water-based Paint Industry will be an advantage.
