Position: Sr. Manager A go getter with good speaking and convincing skills, should be able to communicate with corporates, other organizations and government authorities. Will be responsible for expansion of business for BLS and strategize the implementation, bring new concepts and areas of implementation for the organisation and also ready to take leader ship roles in future.

Initiating tie up and liasonng with corporate, companies, Other NGO's, INGO's, government bodies etc. who would be potential funders of business partners
Monitoring the skill training centres and existing projects and ensure smooth implementation of the same
Presenting and representing the organisation at multiple forums and platforms
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the execution of projects
Effectively work as a team and guide/support other team based on requirement

- Qualification & Experience
Master of Business Administration/Master of Social Work/ Post Graduation in Rural Development with 7-8 yrs of experience in similar filed
