Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Airport Licensing Manager who will be responsible for securing, managing, and maintaining licensing agreements for our brand presence in airports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in licensing, regulatory compliance, and business development.
Experience in handling Airport Operators across India.
- Knowledge of Compliances and Audits wrt to BCAS.( Beauru of Civil Aviation).

- Security Clearance/Security Programs and BCAS routine audit.
- Filing of monthly/Weekly report to Regional BCAS offices across India.
- Strong relationship with BCAS headquarters, Delhi.
- Qualified AVSEC course and handling of courses with DIAL.
- Handling of Biometric Process and security protocols for Employees at Airports.
- Hands on working knowledge of departments like Airport Authority of India, CISF, Customer , Airport Operators like DIAL MIAL etc
Qualifications-
MBA is preferred
Experience
- Minimum of [10+] years of experience in licensing, business development, or a related role within the QSR or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing licenses, particularly in airport environments.
Skills
- Strong understanding of licensing processes, regulatory requirements, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
