Job Description

Job Description
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with banks to secure favorable terms for loans and other financial services.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure corporate loans, ensuring timely loan disbursement and repayment.
  • Collaborate with senior management and finance teams for financial forecasting, cash flow management, and funding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and mitigate financial risks, drawing on extensive industry experience.
  • Prepare detailed reports on banking activities, loan status, interest payments, and provide strategic insights for management decisions.
  • If required Oversee complex banking transactions, fund transfers, payments, and reconciliations.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking and corporate finance, including those who have retired from similar roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing banking relationships, securing high-value corporate loans, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Deep knowledge of financial analysis, loan structuring, and compliance with RBI regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing favorable loan terms.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to liaise with senior management and financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and provide mentorship to junior team members, leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
