- Manage and build existing relationships with current partners.

- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on the performance of all campaigns with various partners on regular basis.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure end to end tracking platform integrations across Appsflyer, Trackier and Branch.io, etc.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Attending 5-10 meetings in a month.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thoughtful leadership.
- Driving revenue and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitoring campaigns and making timely changes if required.
- Sharing regular reports as per requirements, understanding performance matrix, and explaining those to traffic partners.
- Help traffic partners monetize their inventories via the right offers.
Requirements/Skills we re looking for:
- Graduate/Diploma in Digital Marketing or related subject.
- Proven 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C Social media, Google Adwords, Email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
