nWe have more than 160 people in our team, including 50 Engineers and 15 MBAs. In addition to these, atn
nany given time, we usually have 100-200 people working on our sites in India & overseas.n

nWe are looking for a Senior Manager Accounts & Finance (CA) for our group activities. Candidate willn
nreport to the Directors.
n
n

Responsibilities include:n

1. Finalizing books of accountsn
n2. Preparing monthly P&L for different business unitsn
n3. Doing quarterly analysis of sales, purchases, and overheadsn
n4. Coordinating between corporate accounts office and factory accounts officesn
n5. Corresponding with Bankers and Auditorsn
n6. Preparing monthly stock for Banks.n
n7. Preparing & filing periodic statutory GST/Income tax returns.n
n8. Presentation & preparation of budgets, periodic review & analysis of variancen
n9. Presentation & preparation of project costingn
n10. Implementation of internal control procedures and meeting all audit requirements.n
n11. Responsible for cash flow statementn
n12. Monitoring use of fund/balances & forecasting funds availabilityn
n13. Guiding management on lowering cost of capital by efficient fund allocationn
n14. Participating in long-range and annual development (fund raising) planningn
n15. Ensuring records systems are maintain in accordance with generally accepted auditing standardsn
n16. Dealing with direct as well as indirect tax mattersn
n17. Good Knowledge of Duty Drawback/RODTEP.n
n18. IT Return for individualsn
n19. Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating departmental staffn
n20. One week of travel per month may be required at our factory.n

2. Strong MS Excel and Tally 9 Skillsn

4. Working knowledge of ROC Returns/ Secretarial Work.n

5. Good knowledge of GST & Good Analytical skills.n

6. Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, Internet).n
