Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Mumbai. As a Linkedin Expert at Kathputlee Arts and Films, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CEO's presence on the Linkedin platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and curating engaging content, building and nurturing professional networks, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement on Linkedin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profile Optimization: Enhance and optimize LinkedIn profiles for executives and team members to reflect their professional achievements, skills, and personal brand.
• Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and execute content strategies tailored to individual personal brands, including posts, articles, and multimedia content.
• Engagement: Foster and manage engagement on LinkedIn by responding to comments, connecting with industry professionals, and participating in relevant groups.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics to track the effectiveness of personal branding efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest LinkedIn features, trends, and best practices to continually enhance personal branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging the Linkedin platform for business and professional growth
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in content creation and curation
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform strategy
