Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Sr. Level Architect (8+ Years) at Shashi Prabhu & Associates in Mumbai office. The Architect will be responsible for preparing Architectural Design, Construction Detailing, Project Coordination and contract management. Day-to-day tasks will include leading large design projects, coordinating with clients, consultants ane vendors, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in relevant design software - Revit, Sketchup
• Preparation of BOQ, Technical Specifications & BIM is a plus.
