Provide guidance and support to the external team with regard to any new case laws
impacting our nature of business.
Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, motions, and other documents for litigation or
regulatory proceedings and coordinating with external counsel and keep tracking
litigation both dealer and retail customer related litigation.
Tracking valuation of immovable securities by coordinating with external valuer. Ensuring
in preparing empanelment list of valuer for valuation purposes
Tracking due diligence from external counsel and advice to business team.
Handling customer and dealer related litigation.
Support in preparing standard templates for contract for our business covering various
functions.
Maintaining MIS on litigation and update to Legal Head for discussion
Contract management capturing when the contract is comes to an end, trigger to
respective team about the same. Sending periodic MIS with regard to this and update to
the management.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of legal principles, exceptional
research and writing abilities and demonstrated expertise in handling complex legal
matters.
