When you become a member of the CAS team, you will become a trusted advisor to our clients, bringing thought leadership, research and benchmarking, and strategic transformation advice covering the full spectrum of talent and learning. You will support clients from analysis and recommendation through to implementation, ensuring that you create lasting, positive impact on their business, leading to happier, safer, more inclusive, and more efficient work environments.

You will be responsible for

• Problems: Use analytical skills to Diagnose client issues, conduct in-depth analysis, and develop practical solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Technology: Recognize and leverage technology as a strategic enabler through providing expertise and advice in learning technology solutions for our clients.
• Excellence: Manage personal workload in alignment with project plans to consistently deliver exceptional client experience.
• Confidently: Convey insights and recommendations seamlessly and convincingly both in writing and through meetings, workshops and presentations, instilling confidence in internal teams and clients.

Data-Analysis: Occasionally gather and interpret learning and financial data to strengthen strategic recommendations for clients.

• Effectively: Engage and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and across various teams, enhancing client service delivery.
• Leadership: Develop a profound understanding of clients businesses, stay updated on sector trends, implement leading practices, and develop thought leadership in L&D through contributing to research and writing thought papers.
• Resources: Create valuable resources and reusable assets to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of new initiatives.
• Compelling Ideas: Deliver compelling ideas and cases through concise messaging supported by relevant data and tools.
