A Day in the life
B. Identifying key legal issues and ensuring that the concerns of the business team and external counsels are streamlined to achieve the desired results.
C. Highlight risks and strategize to mitigate the risks.
D. Liaising with various internal stakeholders (Business, Finance, Taxation teams) to ensure timely closure of agreements and advising on contractual mandates and compliances.
E. Analyse a broad range of complex laws and regulations affecting the operations of the Company including those arising from new business propositions and highlight risks and propose solutions ensuring legal compliance.
F. Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and transactions executed by the company with no legal exposure to the company.
Academic Qualification & Experience
8-10 Years. At least 5 years experience in a law firm with M&A and Funding profile.
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Must be able to work autonomously on deals with limited supervision and have credible experience of doing so
Sound understanding of business practices, corporate governance and reputation risk
