Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Lead Generation Executive

Location: [Noida-62, India]

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, along with a solid understanding of data management and AI-driven processes for lead generation. This role will be pivotal in identifying and engaging potential clients, optimizing lead generation strategies, and maintaining accurate client data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into clients.
  • Utilize AI tools and techniques to streamline lead generation processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Research and gather information on target markets and industries to refine Lead Generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential client data and interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead qualification and conversion processes.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Executive/Manager or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of successfully generating leads.
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development purposes.
  • Proficiency in data management.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and processes used in lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of min experience in lead generation, preferably in media agency/production houses.
