This role will be pivotal in identifying and engaging potential clients, optimizing lead generation strategies, and maintaining accurate client data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into clients.
- Utilize AI tools and techniques to streamline lead generation processes and enhance efficiency.
- Research and gather information on target markets and industries to refine Lead Generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential client data and interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead qualification and conversion processes.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Executive/Manager or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of successfully generating leads.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development purposes.
- Proficiency in data management.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and processes used in lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of min experience in lead generation, preferably in media agency/production houses.
