Lead Fullstack Developer(React JS.+Node.JS)
- 12+ years of background in software development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React,Node
- Experience with cloud-based deployments,
- Should have a good understanding and exposure on Architecture, network components or even NodeJS Server.
- Experience developing and integrating with REST APIs and GraphQL
- Should have exposure on performance tuning or UAT/Production or integration challenges.
- Should have exposure on CI/CD knowledge or Server or infrastructure awareness
- Competency in back-end development using Node.js &Front end using React .js
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high levels of collaboration, productivity, and code quality
- Oversee the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions
- Actively participate in coding, development, and implementation of front-end applications using React
- Develop and maintain services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products
- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in the software development process and technology stack
