Synopsis of the Role
Embark on a dynamic journey our Sr Key Account Manager, Nurturing and cultivating client relationships to fuel business growth
What You Will Do
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Key clients to ensure they do not turn to competition. Primary focus on Large Private banks and NBFC of Kerala state
- Thoroughness and skilled on account management / client engagement encompassing risk, Analytics and business functions / key stake holders
- Acquire new logos and service them
- Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that that meet their objectives
- Ensure correct products and services are delivered to clients in timely manner
- Serve as a link of communications between key clients and internal team
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients leading from the front
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal and external stake holders using key account metrics
- Support the analytics division with lead qualifications, presentations, proposals, sales strategies and competitive information's to provide impactful sales support
- Regular follow up and collection coordination of invoices raised
- Achieve revenue targets assigned
- Launch new products in the market
- Market intelligence and updates
What Experience You Need
- Good understanding of Key banking process within the bank and Financial institutions.
- Minimum 5 plus years of experience in BFSI
- Graduate / Post Graduate from an institution of repute
- Proven experience as a key account Manager
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Willingness to adapt into credit bureau business

- Maintain knowledge on industry trends
- Key understanding of processes within Banking/Non-Banking/MFI space
- Ability to drive consultative sales
- Ability to negotiate and bring deals to closure
