Location:
This role is based out of Hyderabad. Hybrid roles require role responsibilities to be performed in the office at least 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Working Hours:
This role will follow the standard working hours in India and may also require shift work between 6 AM and 12 AM, depending on business needs.

JAMF: For managing Apple devices in an enterprise environment.
G Suite: For handling various Google applications and services.
Confluence: For creating and managing documentation and collaboration.
Freshservice: For IT service management and support ticketing.
About the Role
As an integral member of our IT Support team, you'll play a vital role in enabling our employees to work effectively and securely. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, responding to support tickets, and ensuring our device and application inventory is accurate. Additionally, you will support the onboarding team, as well as the offshore network, security, and engineering teams. We are a small yet highly efficient team, seeking someone who can significantly influence how we operate at Opendoor.
What You'll Do
Responding to support tickets from a diverse user base; experience with Freshservice is a plus.
Acting as an escalation point for Junior Technicians.
Remotely resolving application and hardware issues.
Managing and maintaining our expanding user base in G Suite.
Administering cloud applications within our single sign-on environment (OKTA).
Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement optimal solutions.
Leading process improvements within the Service Desk.
Supporting the onboarding team, as well as the offshore network, security, and engineering teams.
Creating technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and self-service guides for end users.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of our IT infrastructure.
Tracking and managing IT assets.
Bonus points if you have
Familiarity with Intune and/or Connectwise Automate.
Understanding of Networking Fundamentals.
Passion for technology in the workplace.
Technical certifications are a plus.
