Experience: Min 4 Yrs to 7 Yrs
- Qualification: Engineering diploma in Computer Hardware & Software or any stream Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field, programming languages.
- Technical competency: Programming, Data analysis, Machine Learning.
Knowledge of relevant IT standards and practices
Knowledge of information technology strategy development, including network, application, Knowledge of hardware and software infrastructure systems, Analytical thinking skills
- Persistence and determination1. Providing access to user as per policy
- Server, desktop, computer, laptops and hardware assets management
- Configuration, Designing and installing computer hardware configurations, software security systems, software and networking systems.
- Coordination with vendors IT support to all user as and when required
- Data Backup of Server user data, tally & mail back up.
- Quick heal scan report (console).Troubleshooting network and software issues.
- Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Responding to general IT requests, IT related AMC's.
- Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
- Filing monthly reports for the IT Manager. Monitor Firewall system
- Installation of Operating System (Windows 2000 Pro, Windows Server 2003,windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, windows 8, Windows 10) and connecting them in Domain
- Support of Mac laptop, Iphone & android mobiles, Printer Installation.
- Setting up & planning LAN, Configuration of Router, Switches etc
- Any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.
