Responsibilities and Requirements
Qualified Lawyer with 7 to10 years of experience in IP field and Litigation
Candidate should have experience of independently handling cases before the Delhi High Court and District Courts, drafting suits for IP infringement
Practical knowledge and experience of commercial courts Act and IP Division Rules and Procedures.
Must be well versed with Trademark and Copyright Acts and procedure.
