- Role & Growth:About the Role: As an Interior Designer, your primary role will be to manage design projects across Gurugram. This involves collaborating with vendors, generating innovative designs, researching materials and trends, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of junior interior designers and interior design interns.
- Inspecting and ensuring quality across various sites.
- Taking ownership of design deliverables quality and accuracy.
- Engaging in the entire project lifecycle.
- Timely delivery of partner-contracted work, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Crafting attractive designs and layouts for diverse applications.
- Conducting research on materials, products, and design trends.
- Participating in sourcing furniture, fabrics, and accessories.
- Supporting project management tasks, including site visits and vendor coordination.
- Key Requirements:- Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Passion for design and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compensation Details :- The CTC offered is 20,000 per month plus an accommodation allowance of up to 5,000 - 7,
- 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
