We are looking for a highly experienced and talented Senior Interior Designer to create innovative and
commercial interior designs.
Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects.
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs- Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards Materials & Sampling
- Measured Drawing and Site Report
Work on end to end Project lifecycle- hould have knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Review and approve all design concepts and final deliverables.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in
commercial interiors- Exceptional AutoCAD knowledge and drafting skills.
Strong leadership and management skills- Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe, Creative Suite, 3D.
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Knowledge about interior elements and building structures.
Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposes.
- Well versed with designing corporate & residential layouts,
Site Visits. Ensure quality of design Timeline management.
Extreme attention to detail.- Should possess good communication and presentation skills.
