Job Description
- Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate for the space.
- Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors design works which are important and essential for a quality execution of interiors.
- Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior construction, materials, finishes, lighting, and finishing.
- Selecting materials and labor.
- Bills of materials and quantity to be made as per the designs approved.
- Responsible for costing and budget of the project.
- Inspecting and supervising the work, to ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines are met.
- Preparation of weekly bar chart and supervision of the work progress as planned.
- Should be able to manage and execute the interior projects.
- Produce sample and mood products board.
- Planning and execution of MEP works.
- To set schedule for flow of requisite materials in consultation with purchase team and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
Job Expectations
PREREQUISITES: -
Should be qualified in interior designing, well versed with co-ordination, technical drawings, concept design, design reviews, milestones follow up on projects deliverable & vendor management.
EDUCATION: -
- Diploma/Degree from a reputed institute.
- Work experience of 6-8 years and above.
