- Configure and manage security tools Securonix , DLP , Threatstream , Tripwire.
- Perform independent assignments - RIN installation, upgrades.
- Ensure SLAs for Incidents,Problems,Tasks are met.
- Address Security Incidents raised by Cybersecurity.
- Create, maintain and update documentation of detailed design documents, diagrams, SOPs.
- Actively collaborate with fellow members of the team and contractors/vendors on bridge calls to prevent or resolve incidents.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 4 to 5 years relevant experience in Info Security/Security tools operations.
- Ability to communicate and articulate technical information across various organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of experience supporting UEBA/Securonix, Tripwire, Threatstream, DLP is desirable. Candidate should have relevant experience in designing,deploying security tools
- Experience in using enterprise ITSM tool(service-now) and meeting SLA s.
