Job Description

  • Formulation and implementation of a cost effective Recruitment Plan evaluating Function/Region Transfer options and Manage manpower requisition
  • Reference Check, Background Verification
  • Induction to new joinees
  • Company Policy formulation
  • Initiate and monitor Performance review cycle within review timeframe
  • Identify Training needs at the end of performance review period
  • Formulate Training and development programs modules by starting of financial year
  • Interprets company goals into departmental goals and ensure communication to employees.
  • Handling compliance to statutory and labour laws - PF, ESIC, etc
  • Plan and ensure optimum use of all resources: administers and monitors use against budget.
  • Grievance handling of the employees and ensuring best working conditions.
  • Offer Management, Negotiation, Relationship Management.
  • Weekly review meetings with function stakeholders
  • Budget Management
  • Manage Employee retention, Appraisals
  • Conducting Exit Interviews
  • Compensation and benefits management
  • Plan and implement to provide placement opportunities
  • Process owner for all Record Management pertaining to Employee s Personnel Files, Attendance Data, Leave Data, Salary payments etc during the employee lifecycle
  • To review and support Team Administration to manage the key deliverables including Procurement, Travel, Conveyance, Communication, Vehicle Hire, Office Lease & Management, Office Notices & Display Board, Fire Safety & Compliance, Office Repairs & Maintenance, Inventory, Records
  • Management, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Asset Issuance and Tracking, Event Management, Vendor Management & Disaster Management policy.
  • Employee Rewards & Recognition
  • Processing Salary Payrolls every month
  • Support and advise the stakeholders on dealing with all Employee Relations matters
  • Manage and conduct all Employee Relations procedures with support from HR Operations on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and redundancies
Skills :
  • MS OFFICE
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
Min. Education :
  • Post Graduate
  • Communicate effectively with people throughout the organization, Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques, Business Focus, Results Orientation, Process Orientation, Relationship management, Change management, Effective listening & Collaboration and fluency in Hindi & English
