About The Role

Location-Ahmedabad & Gurgaon (WFO)

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Senior Manager, Operations with expertise in managing HR functions and operations using KEKA software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing HR processes, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of HR operations, exceptional leadership skills, and proficiency in using KEKA software to enhance HR management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • KEKA Software Expertise:
  • Utilize KEKA software for various HR functions, including attendance tracking, payroll processing, performance management, and employee data management.
  • Train and support HR team members on the effective use of KEKA software and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Strategic HR Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Generate accurate HR reports and analytics using KEKA software to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunities for team development and training.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience with KEKA software and other HR management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
