- Responsible for recruitment, head hunting of Mechanic to Managerial level.
Responsible for the employee on boarding formalities- Managing the recruitment process.
Sourcing resumes through Database, Job Portal (Naukri and Indeed), References, Networking, headhunting etc..
- Screening & Shortlisting resumes as per the client requirement.
Recruitment co-ordination with the candidate and internal stakeholders.- Pre-joining and post-joining follow-ups.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good Communication Skill, Convincing Power & Result oriented.
