- As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization
- You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and support a positive work culture
- You will manage a team of HR professionals and ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization
- Responsibilities:HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire top talent
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to conducting interviews and extending offers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs that promote a culture of continuous feedback, goal setting, and professional development
- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary actions
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and processes
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor and handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Promote a positive work environment and address employee concerns or grievances effectively
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices
- Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration
- Training and Development: Identify training and development needs across the organization and design programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Coordinate training initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online learning platforms
- Support the development of career paths and succession planning
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and proactively address any potential compliance issues
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management regarding HR metrics, workforce planning, and employee engagement
- Utilize HRIS systems and other tools to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing HR team
- Set clear expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure the team's professional growth and development
- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a senior management position
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development
- Experience in designing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with organizational goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for insights and decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- HR certification (eg, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable
