Job Description

Jadhao Layland is looking for Sr HR Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and support a positive work culture. You will manage a team of HR professionals and ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Provide guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire top talent. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to conducting interviews and extending offers. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs that promote a culture of continuous feedback, goal setting, and professional development. Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and processes.

Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor and handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Promote a positive work environment and address employee concerns or grievances effectively.

Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.

Training and Development: Identify training and development needs across the organization and design programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Coordinate training initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online learning platforms. Support the development of career paths and succession planning.

HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and proactively address any potential compliance issues.

HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management regarding HR metrics, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Utilize HRIS systems and other tools to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing HR team. Set clear expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure the team's professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
8+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a senior management position.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
Experience in designing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with organizational goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for insights and decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
