As a Sr. HR Manager at Cocoma Digital, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition and management process. Your responsibilities will span candidate sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You will oversee and manage the human resources department, ensuring that HR policies and programs align with the company s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization smoothly.
Performance Management: Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), define and evaluate Key Result Areas (KRAs), and conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. Ensure that the performance management process is fair, transparent, and aligned with the company s objectives.
Talent Development and Succession Planning: Identify skill gaps and training needs, and develop and implement talent development programs. Create and manage succession plans to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders for the organization s future.
HR Operations and Compliance: Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and ethical workplace.
Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development. Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances effectively to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Use of HRMS Software: Utilize HRMS software to streamline HR processes, including tracking employee data, managing payroll, and overseeing employee management. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records within the HRMS system.
Analytics and Reporting: Provide analytics and reporting on HR metrics and trends. Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making, and to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes. Align HR strategies with the company s overall goals and objectives.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive results, innovate, and continuously improve HR processes to support Cocoma Digital s growth and success. Stay updated on emerging HR trends and best practices to ensure that the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree or HR certification (eg, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is a plus.
HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
HRMS Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in using HRMS software for employee tracking, payroll management, and data analysis. Familiarity with popular HRMS tools is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of HR professionals.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees, managers, and executives at all levels.
