Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in human resources, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is critical to our growth and involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting broader HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment (50% of Role):
- Lead the recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize multiple channels for talent acquisition, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by supporting engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns.
- Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Performance Management and Employee Development:
- Support the performance management process, helping to identify development opportunities and track progress.
- Assist in organizing and implementing training programs and career development plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7-9 years) in HR, with a strong background in recruitment.
