Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and IT department goals.
- Handling and maintaining payrolls.
- Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior IT leaders to anticipate HR-related challenges and develop proactive solutions to address them.
- Coordinate among companys different delivery centers across countries to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.
- Lead the recruitment and retention efforts for IT team members, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and career development opportunities within the IT department.
- Identify high-potential talent and create succession plans to support future leadership needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to IT managers and team members on employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Oversee the performance management process within the IT department, providing guidance on goal setting, performance feedback, and coaching.
- Lead investigations into employee complaints or disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risk and promoting a culture of ethical conduct.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay informed about emerging HR trends and legal developments, proactively advising IT leadership on potential impacts and opportunities.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions within the IT department, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to evaluate, select, and integrate HRIS platforms and tools that meet the department's needs and support strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven leadership experience for more than 6 years in HR, with a focus on IT service industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a track record of implementing innovative HR solutions.
- Experience in IT talent acquisition and identifying staffing needs for the organisation.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others to achieve common goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop proactive HR strategies.
- Technical proficiency or familiarity with IT systems, applications, and infrastructure is a plus.
