Responsibilities:- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
To perform other HR activities as assigned by the supervisor
- To facilitate the joining of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining
Essential Skills
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate may apply
A minimum of - 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a real estae industry.
- Experience in bulk sales hiring and attrition management
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
