**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior HR Executive with a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry to support and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in improving employee engagement, managing HR functions, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations. This role requires a foundational understanding of pharma-specific HR practices and the regulatory environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Talent Acquisition and Retention:**
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Support retention initiatives to ensure employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
2. **Culture and Employee Engagement:**
- Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Help in executing employee engagement strategies to strengthen workplace culture.
3. **Leadership and Development:**
- Provide support to the HR team and collaborate with other department leaders.
- Participate in the design and management of professional development programs to foster employee growth.
4. **Compliance and Risk Management:**
- Assist in developing policies to manage HR-related risks.
5. **Organizational Strategy:**
- Align HR practices with the company's strategic goals and support organizational planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on HR matters.
6. **Compensation and Benefits:**
- Assist in designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Participate in regular reviews to maintain equity and competitiveness in the market.
7. **Policy Creation and Implementation:**
- Support the development, updating, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies comply with legal standards and align with company objectives.
8. **Grievance Handling:**
- Address and help resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly.
- Implement conflict resolution strategies to maintain a harmonious workplace.
9. **Performance Appraisal:**
- Contribute to the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Facilitate appraisal processes to ensure fair and objective evaluations.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance feedback and development opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support and drive HR initiatives effectively.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is desirable but not required.
