Guides the patient and provides full assistance and support during their visit to the OPD/IPD.
Gives correct information to the patient like OPD/IPD tariff and various investigation charges.
Takes the feedback from patient and informs the same to Executive OPD/IPD.
Takes corrective and preventive measures in order to minimize patient's complaint.
To collect complaints by contacting the patient to solve the issue and hence close the loops on the very same day.
Ensures that the Health Checks are carried out without any disruptions and the reports dispatched on the next day positively.
Monitors proper functioning of all the OPD/IPD.
Ensures 100 percent compliance on requirements as per the protocols to be followed for obtaining any accreditation.
Resolve potential issues with patients Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations
Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations.
Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and department activities.
Practice financial acumen in managing budgets.
Authorize admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made on time.
Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient visits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration/Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2+ years experience in hospital/healthcare administration role.
Solid knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task effectively.
