Job Title: Health Care Professional Analyst
We are seeking a Health Care Professional Analyst to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations that enhance our engagement with health care professionals (HCPs). In this role, you'll analyze data from multiple sources to ensure the effectiveness of our HCP-focused strategies, supporting the optimization of content, communication, and resources tailored to health care professionals. Your analysis will directly contribute to shaping strategies that meet the evolving needs of our health care audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends and HCP behaviors, identifying opportunities to refine strategies that enhance engagement and resource utilization.
- Strategic Insights: Develop reports and dashboards that offer strategic recommendations for improving communication, educational resources, and information delivery to health care professionals.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create reports and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and medical affairs, to align insights and strategies with broader business goals.
- Content Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of HCP resources and programs, suggesting optimizations that align with the unique needs of health care professionals.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine analysis processes to ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities to enhance engagement with health care professionals.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. A master's degree is advantageous.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or strategy, ideally within the health care or pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced Excel skills are beneficial.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights for health care professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
