Role Summary:

Bhive Workspace is looking for a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong conceptual thinker with excellent design skills, capable of bringing Bhive's brand vision to life across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Deliverables:

Develop and drive innovative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and performance ads, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistency across digital, social, in-center, and other platforms.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align creative work with overall business strategy and present concepts to stakeholders.

Maintain and enhance BHIVE's brand identity, exploring new ways to elevate the brand's presence in the market.

Qualifications:

4 - 6 years of experience in a creative role.

Proven experience in leading successful brand campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Expertise in print, digital and social media platforms, with a deep understanding of how to engage audiences across various channels.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.

Having Photography skills would be an added advantage
