Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced PHP & WordPress Developer to join our team at AdEngage. As a PHP & WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications for our international clients. This role requires a strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, and front-end technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience in PHP development
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and its ecosystem, including themes, plugins, and custom development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with MySQL and database management
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PHP-based websites and web applications using WordPress and other frameworks
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to implement website designs and new features
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bug fixes, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
- Ensure code quality and adhere to coding standards and best practices
- Integrate third-party APIs and plugins to enhance website functionality
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions to meet client requirements
