Job Title : Sr. Executive - F&D
Reporting To : R&D Manager
Location : Ahmedabad (Head Office)
Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire cycle of new product development to match the project timeline.
- New product development with different strategies and multiple trials.
- Documentation of the entire product life cycle.
- Complaint handling and investigation of existing products.
- Literature review of raw materials and market survey of new trends.
- Meeting and dealing with vendors of raw materials.
- Documentation of master product development for FDA filing.
- Stability protocol handling and evaluation of stability batches.
- Improvement in quality of existing products.
- Technology Transfer visits for newly developed products.
Required Qualification
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in the personal care industry.
- Masters in Pharmacy / Masters in Technology
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and effectively counter all probable hurdles/barriers and ensure appreciable performance in all KRAs.
