Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and reach across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns with the goal of increasing engagement, lead generation, and audience growth.

Content Creation: Develop engaging, relevant, and creative content (graphics, videos, copy) that resonates with our target audience in the education sector. Write compelling social media posts, blogs, and other promotional content.

Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track performance, report on key metrics (impressions, engagements, organic reach), and derive actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Engagement: Actively engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.

Competitor Analysis: Keep up to date with industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally in the education sector or related field.
  • Content Creation: Strong skills in content development, including writing, editing, and designing multimedia content (graphics, videos).
  • Campaign Management: Ability to independently manage and execute social media campaigns, from ideation to completion.
  • Social Media Analytics: A fair understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Facebook Insights).
  • English Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A passion for education and a creative mindset to engage and inspire our target audience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and emerging platforms.
