Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive Purchase at Pittie Group in Navi Mumbai. The Sr. Executive Purchase will be responsible for day-to-day procurement activities, vendor management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records.

Sr. Purchase Executive Responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinating with Purchase Team for PO creation, and all purchase related activities.

2. Prepare purchase tracker. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices)

3. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

4. Co-ordinating with Internal auditor team for PO & GRN related queries.

5. Resolve issue regarding PO, GRN, Purchase Invoice & Booking Debit Notes

6. PO closure weekly, monthly in the system.

7. Co-ordinating with plant for receiving material as per PO

8. New Vendor development & sample product tracker.

9. Vendors follow up for RM connectivity.

10. Preparing aging report, Inventory report.

11. Co-ordinating with logistics department for vehicle arrangement.

12. Co-ordinating with finance for vendor payment & vendor reconciliation.

13. Vendor GSTR report checking.

14. Monitor stock levels before placing orders.

15. Proven work experience purchase executive and having Business 365 system knowledge.

16. Good knowledge of liaising with vendors

17. Understanding of supply chain procedures like inventory management, reordering level etc.
