- Ensure program controlling procedures mandatory implementation.
- Alert Program manager Controlling manager in case of discrepancies.
- Keep track of all program financial KPIand make sure that business plan figures are in line with Budget.
- Participate during program acquisition. Keep backup of all files relevant to acquisition of program.
- Provide innovative financial solutions during acquisition development of program.
- Upload RFQA / IBP in workflow for approval form division BG.
- Monthly simulation of business plan effecting visibility during month along with risk Opportunities.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Relevant work experience of 3 to 6 yrs in Controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Qualification CMA / Equivalent
Other activities
- Lead all program forecasting processes (SP/Budget, periodic forecast etc)
- Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency.
- Reporting of RD PL provide information / reports to division /BG from time to
- time.
- Provide all necessary program analysis including variance analysis,margin to
- program manager from time to time.
- Create internal order/ WBS in SAP based on requirement.
- Keep quality back-up of all data used for BP simulation.
