Sr Executive – Production and Planning

JD of Sr Executive Production and Planning
for Instrumentation & Top Automation Products meant for
Valve Automation Systems

1. Strong Planning skills. Plan for execution of orders.
Need to be very good in excel
Knowledge of Micros is added advantage
Knowledge of SAP is added advantage

2. Ability to Coordinate with various functions for execution of orders like - Order Booking, Purchase, Quality, Administration & Dispatch.

3. Get product assemblies done at 100% efficiency from operators. It's a shop floor order execution job. Be able to get things done to achieve the Dispatches.
Need to have go getter approach.

4. Need to have the exposure to various manufacturing processes like Al Pressure Die casting, Steel Castings, Machining on CNC & VMC, Broaching, Grinding, Hardening, Anodizing, Plating, Painting, Plastic Molding, Rubber Molding, Assembly, Testing and Packing.

5. Need to be hands on the Utility maintenance like Compressor, Pneumatic Pipeline, DG set, Production Equipment maintenance and Fire Fighting Equipment's

6. Need to have the exposure to or inclination towards Improvement Mngt / Industrial Engg / Methods Engg

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

FMEA, SPC knowledge is preferred.

Education ----- BE Production / Mech
Experience ---- Exposure to Valve/ Actuator /Auto Ancillary /Hydraulic accessories industry is preferred.
Experience around 8 to 10 Yrs
CTC -------------- Around Rs 6 to 8 L / Year.
