Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr Executive - MIS to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. As a Sr Executive - MIS, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to drive business insights and support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, and experience in data compilation and visualization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics)
- 4-6 years of experience in MIS or data analysis role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with programming languages, such as VBA, for data manipulation and automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data analysis software
- Develop and implement efficient processes for data collection, validation, and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits
