Job Description

  • Should assist the Director in the MMU fleet management.
  • Daily update on each MMU condition, MMU statutory compliance.
  • Maintain a schedule of each MMU maintenance, renewals of statutory compliance, etc
  • Coordination with leasing vendor for vehicle insurance, permits renewals, repair, maintenance and servicing
  • Coordination with leasing vendor for towing, onsite support in case of accidents, maintenance, insurance related issues.
  • Coordinate with the van team and assist them on vehicle related issues.
  • Maintain an MIS Master of list of vehicles with their contract start date and contract completion date.
  • Coordinate with the Vehicle Leasing company for invoices, billing reconciliation.
  • Training of the vehicle driver on safe driving, ensuring that maintenance calendar is adhered to.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the vehicle leasing industry.
  • Familiar with vehicle operation and a sound understanding of vehicle mechanical process, commercial vehicles.
  • Must be conversant with the Indian Motor Vehicle Act, RTO procedures, Vehicle Insurance.
  • Must be able to source vehicles from vehicle dealers, vehicle leasing companies.
  • Must be a great team player, good communicator and possess the ability to deal with difficult situations.
  • Resourceful, self-driven and able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Strong people manager, demonstrate initiative, and communication.
  • Possess analytical and negotiation capabilities.
  • Good problem solver and able to bring issues to resolution proactively.
