Role and Responsibility
- Provide Online/ Offline IT support to Employees and Students.
- Configuration of domain and implementation of Active Directory Faculty/Staff system.
- Laptops upgradation, Software and Hardware support and provide network and server support at Level 1.
- Manage Wi-Fi- access points to provide seamless connectivity.
- Keep data on cloud drive for Laptops, Desktops, IP cameras, and other IT equipment,
- maintain and update inventory.
- Update the laptop's RAM and HDD and installed update OS and Software with data shifting, Rectifying the issue of laptop hardware & software issues.
- Installation of Printer and support for technical issues.
- Support and manage IP cameras of the Universitys Hostels, blocks, and Peripheral and provide technical support of software on guards and warden systems at hostels.
- Manage Bio-Metric machines installed inside the campus at different locations
- ID card creation for new and old students.
- Deploy data of ID card on all Attendance machine for classroom. Coordinate with vendor for a print sticker for lost cards.
- Configuration and installation of IP phone for Faculty/Staff and Manage dialing rights for local and outside. Updating of Ext. Name on EPBX in case of Joined and resigned employees.

Minimum 4- 7 yrs of exp. in the same role
