Job Description

Work Exp: 3yrs - 5yrs

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own the institutional vertical with P&L responsibility.
  • Develop relationships with institutions (Railway Authorities, Airport Authorities, Schools, Clubs, Multiplex) and canteens (CSD/CPC);
  • Drive customer engagement and listing with key accounts through alignment of business plans.
  • Ensure consistent product launch in all available institutional channels and ensure availability of SKUs in all geographies.
  • Drive sustainable market development and enhance market share.
  • Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales in institutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure.
  • Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines.
  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from available data.
