Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing
  • Job Analysis and Description: Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications for various roles.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Onboarding: Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs to integrate new hires.
Training and Development
Training Programs: Design and conduct training sessions on food safety, hygiene, customer service, and company policies.Professional Development: Implement programs for continuous learning and skill development.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development plans.

Employee Relations
  • Workplace Culture: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and conflicts effectively.
Communication: Facilitate communication between employees and management.
Compliance and Safety
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.Safety Programs: Develop and monitor safety protocols and training.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment and claims.
Compensation Strategy: Assist in developing competitive compensation packages.
Employee Engagement and Retention
Recognition Programs: Implement employee recognition and reward programs.Employee Feedback: Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback.
  • Career Pathing: Support career development and succession planning.

Strategic HR Planning
  • Workforce Planning: Assist in forecasting staffing needs and developing workforce plans.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Track HR metrics and analyze data to inform HR strategies.
Change Management: Support organizational changes and transitions.
Diversity and Inclusion
Diversity Initiatives: Promote diversity and inclusion through policy and practice.Cultural Competency: Provide training on cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Administrative Duties
  • HR Systems Management: Utilize HR software to manage employee data and streamline processes.
Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Education: MBA/PGDM/PGPM/Masters in Human ResourcesExperience: 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
  • Skills:
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,
  • 00 - 35,000.00 per month
