Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing
- Job Analysis and Description: Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications for various roles.
Talent Acquisition
: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Onboarding
: Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs to integrate new hires.
Training and DevelopmentTraining Programs
: Design and conduct training sessions on food safety, hygiene, customer service, and company policies.Professional Development: Implement programs for continuous learning and skill development.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development plans.
Employee Relations
- Workplace Culture: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Conflict Resolution
: Address employee grievances and conflicts effectively.Communication
: Facilitate communication between employees and management.
Compliance and SafetyRegulatory Compliance
: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.Safety Programs: Develop and monitor safety protocols and training.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation.

Administrative Duties
- HR Systems Management: Utilize HR software to manage employee data and streamline processes.
Policy Development
: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:Education
: MBA/PGDM/PGPM/Masters in Human ResourcesExperience: 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,- 00 - 35,000.00 per month
