Internal Responsibilities:-
1. Recruitment based on the request from departments
2. Joining formalities
3. Exit interviews and Full & Final settlements.
4. Addressing employee grievances.
5. Staff uniform and its documentations.
6. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
7. Involving in Employee welfare activities.
8. Coordinate monthly, or quarterly and yearly performance appraisals.
9. Preparation of Monthly Reports.
10. Expense Reimbursement
11. Arranging various kinds of letters and Certificates. Like Salary Certificate, Employment Certificate, Confirmation, Promotion, Warning, Termination etc.
12. Bonus Preparation and Disbursement
13. Gratuity Preparation and coordinating the Disbursement
14. Arranging the various payments to employees
15. Verifying the Mess Expense
16. Issuing New Sim cards, Laptop and any other asset
17. Managing day to day operations of NCPL
18. Coordinating the HRMS implementation
19. Managing the company hostel
20. Preparation Of KRA goals of employees
21. Completion of KRA evaluations on quarterly basis
